Waterside Park Association

1. Annual Meeting: Mark your calendars for June 7th at 9AM for our annual meeting. We welcome all Waterside Park members to attend. The meeting will be held by the benches at the end of the walkway to the beach (corner of Soundview Terrace & North).

2. We will be putting up communication boards around the community to improve membership communications and information. Upgrades planned for the spring include replacing the walkway at the beach, repairing the retaining wall, and  assessing whether to replace or repair the stairs to the beach. Street repairs will be done as warranted. 

3. Annual Dues: $300 will be due July 1st, 2026. If you are registered on the website, you will receive an email invoice with a link to pay your dues via credit card, Apple Pay in June. It takes less than 5 minutes, and you will receive a paid receipt for your records via email thereafter. If you have not paid your dues by September 1st, you will receive another email with a link to to pay $350. Thereafter, if not paid by November 1st you will receive a final bill for $400.

4. ALL WPA HOMES ARE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE ONE PERSON PER HOME REGISTERED ON THE WEBSITE (www.watersideparkli.org) TO RECEIVE COMMUNITY UPDATES AND INVOICES/PAY BILLS AS WELL AS PERTINENT REMINDERS/ALERTS.

5. Motorized Vehicles: As a response to significant increase in non-licensed and/or nonregistered motorized vehicles on our streets, we will be placing a bollard at the walkthrough to Sound Shore Bluffs to prevent 4-wheel type vehicles from using that access to our community owned roads. As owners of the roads, we are concerned for liability (and increased costs) and safety of our residents and guests with these vehicles (sometimes driven by children). Therefore, these vehicles are not permitted to be operated in any circumstances on community property.  Any non-licensed and non-registered motorized vehicles on community property should be reported to the local police for citation and removal.

​Spring and Summer Season Information:

• Speed Limits: Please slow down on our roads and respect posted speed limits.

• Street Access: Remember to keep street access for fire engines and school buses when parking or hosting events and maintain single side parking. 

• Kayaks & Paddle Boards:

During the summer months (May 1st – November 1st)

Residents are welcome to use the racks at the bottom the stairs to store theirs kayaks and paddle boards. In order to prevent any structural damage to the pylons during the winter storm season, the kayaks/boards should be removed no later than November 1st. Residents are encouraged to tag their kayaks/board so they could be reminded to pickup their property. Any equipment left after November 1st will be removed and discarded.
